Stayed here on the first leg of my 50th B-day celebration and it lived up to my hopes. Beautiful inside and fantastic location met all my needs. We even took the RER from CDG and came up through the Louvre mall at the Palais Royal stop for easy access from the airport. You literally look up the street from the front door to the Opera. Look for deals as it can be expensive, but it is a treat if you can swing it. Staff was very helpful and the fact that it has a fitness center is a plus. I was able to have some work that I had done on the plane scanned and sent back.

My husband and I spent spring vacation in Paris and stayedat the Hotel du Louvre. The location was excellent, the Louvre museum is just a matter of 30-seconds walk from our hotel. There are 3 Metro station easily accessible by our hotel and it beats walking around to get to your destination. The staff mad our stay very memorable. I contacted the hotel via email and made specific requests and they granted my requests (i.e. non-smoking room, place us on the top floor with incredible views - we have the Louvre museum views 24hrs-a-day) but not only that they have exceeded our expectations by sending us a complimentary bottle of champagne when we arrived. The staff are very courteous and serviceable. The only downside is the temperature control of the room. Since it was still very cold, the room temperature seemed turned off, so we opened our windows to get some cool air insid our room but that also mean that we hear the traffic outside as well - and since it is a very touristy area and popular museum, the traffic was always busy even at night. I had to wake up some nights because of the traffic. But that to me that was a minimal discomfort. The bed was comfortable - we have plenty of cabinet space and overall, the room was very comfortable. Defintely, we will be using this hotel again and their company-owned chain of hotels across Europe. By the way, Hotel du Louvre, brassiere was also awesome, they serve a very good breakfast buffet and the staff are wonderful. Food was excellent and price is competitive with other 5-star hotels.

This was a perfect location - within walking distance of many of the main tourist attractions. We had a fabulous view from our room of the Opera Garnier. There is a great bar in the hotel that has live Jazz but beware: drinks here are extremely expensive. The staff was very friendly and accommodating in both the hotel and the bar. We ate at several of the local restaurants and every one of them was wonderful. We highly recommend Le Musset ( and Le Royal (. Both are mere steps away from the hotel.

This was a really nice hotel. The staff was very nice. I had a nice, pretty clean room that had a spacious bathroom and bedroom. The location was great because it was right across the street from the Louvre, and walking distance to so many other sightseeing stops. The Opera house is right up the street where the Roissybus drops you off from the airport, so the hotel was easy to find after a long flight.
